  • PAM enables you to manage organizational and people performance through one interface, using one integrated system.
  • PAM interfaces to any legacy system to collect information on performance.
  • It is a world-class product that compares favourably to the best available in the world, yet it is proudly South African.
How does PAM work?

The PAM process comprises two modes:

Mode 1: Definition

Define your performance objectives. Your performanc areas are developed into tangible objectives, which you need to achieve in order to be successfull. Every high-level objective is broken down into a number of lower level objectives. You can develop this hierarchy as far as you wish, if necessary right down to activities performed at the very lowest level in the organization.

You link the performance objectives, positions and employees. Finally, competencies are linked to terminal objectives and each performance objective is coupled with several competencies.

This process is facilitate and guided by our experienced performance management specialists.

Mode 2: Monitoring

PAM measures the achievement of your strategic objectives. Your performance strategy, translated into a hierarchy of performance objectives, is displayed as a colourful digital dashboard, showing your real-time performance measurements on each objective. In this way, when you identify a problem area on your management level (the colour of this objective turns red!), you can drill down to identify the root cause of the problem.

PAM monitors personal performance. The structure of your organization is presented on our digital dashboard. The work force is presented as a colour coded list depicting individual performance. The performance objectives contributing to each employee's performance can also be seen. When you identify a problem area on your management level (once again the colour of this objective turns red), you can drill down to identify the person responsible for the activity.

PAM further enables you to evaluate the individual's competencies in the light of those required to achieve the objectives. And finally you can plan the further development of your workforce for optimal business performance.
