In the course of two days, you’ll run your own manufacturing
enterprise.
During this time, you will:

will also have to deal with common organisational difficulties -
resources, supply chain architecture and capacity constraints,
information overload (and yet, uncertainty) and time constraints.
You’ll experience the emotional involvement, the adrenaline of
competition and the disappointments and successes of your decisions.
And have a lot of fun doing it!
Importantly, you will be exposed to the knowledge and experience of the man largely responsible for improving Clover’s service levels to record high’s: Thinus Hermann, Group Manager: Supply Chain Planning for Clover. He will facilitate the session, coach you, guide you and discuss pertinent issues. This session will be targeted at middle management within the marketing and logistics fields in the manufacturing environment. Join
us for a highly realistic business gaming session, and experience the

Hermann has been employed by Clover - the leading dairy in South
Africa - for the last eight years, and is currently responsible for supply
chain planning in the Group as Group Manager: Supply Chain Planning.
